1. What this site is
This website presents the coaching and the studio of The Cyclist’s Home. Nothing on it is an offer to sign a contract. Coaching starts only after you and the provider have agreed the terms in writing.
2. Not medical advice
Coaching and the training plans are not medical advice and do not replace a medical visit. Plans are produced with software and an AI model and can be wrong. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing a training programme, and stop and seek advice if you feel pain, dizziness or other symptoms. You decide what you do and you train at your own risk.
3. Using the site and the service
- Give accurate information and keep the settings of your training account up to date.
- Athletes under 18 can be coached only with the authorisation of a parent or guardian.
- Do not misuse the site, try to disrupt it, or access data that is not yours.
4. Third-party services
The coaching works with intervals.icu, device platforms such as Garmin or Wahoo, Telegram and AI providers. We do not control them and their own terms apply. If one of them changes or stops working, the service may be affected.
5. Intellectual property
The website, its texts, name and logo belong to their owners and may not be copied without permission. Your training data remains yours.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the provider is not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by relying on a plan, and gives no guarantee of results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under mandatory law, including consumer protection rules, or liability that cannot be excluded.
7. Stopping
You can stop at any time, subject to what is agreed in writing, and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy notice).
8. Changes, language and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. The Albanian version prevails over the translations. They are governed by Albanian law and the courts of Tirana have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
